Gareth Bale looks set to leave Real Madrid this summer but a return to the Premier League is highly unlikely with no English sides showing an interest in the Welshman.

Bale, 30, is seemingly being forced out of the Santiago Bernabeu by Real boss Zinedine Zidane, who has endured a poor relationship with the player in both spells in charge in the Spanish capital.

There has not been a flurry of interest in the former Tottenham player, with just three clubs thought to be in serious contention for his signature this summer.

Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain are both considering making an offer for Bale, while Chinese side Beijing Guoan are preparing an enormous offer for his services.

Manchester United and Tottenham were both considered likely to make a move for the Wales international, but both sides have moved on to other transfer targets, looking for younger options.

PSG are considering offering Neymar to Real Madrid in a huge deal as the Brazilian is determined to leave Paris this summer.

Meanwhile, Bayern are in the market for wide players after stalwarts Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben left the club at the end of last season.

However, the biggest offer for Bale will come from China, where Beijing Guoan have reportedly tabled a bid that would make the 30-year-old the world’s first 1,000,000-a-week footballer, according to the Sun.

Bale is said to be annoyed by the situation he finds himself in, while his agent, Jonathan Barnett, had some stern words for the Real Madrid manager.

‘Zidane is a disgrace, he shows no respect for a player that has done so much for Real Madrid,’ said Barnett.

‘If and when Gareth goes it will be because it is in the best interest of Gareth and nothing to do with Zidane pushing.’
