The Fed Cup final will feature Australia for the first time in nearly 30 years as the Ashleigh Barty-led team attempt to go past France in what should be an enthralling weekend of tennis. This is The Roar’s guide to live streaming all five matches in the tie online, as well as watching them on TV in Australia.

The tie, which is set to be played across the weekend of Saturday, November 9 and Sunday, November 10 at the RAC Arena in Perth, will get underway at 2pm (AEDT) on each day of play.

On Saturday, two singles matches will be played, while Sunday will see two more singles matches, reversing the players from Day 1, before a potential doubles match will decide the tie if things are locked up at two-all between the countries.

Australia are led by world No.1 and recent WTA Finals winner Ashleigh Barty. She is backed up by veteran Samantha Stosur, Ajla Tomljanovic and young guns Astra Sharma and Priscila Hon.

The host nation advanced to the final after a thrilling win over Belarus in the semi-finals, while France also had to play out the entire weekend in their win over Romania.

How to watch the tie on TV in Australia

The match will be broadcast on the Nine Network in Australia, with Channel 9 holding the rights to Australian tennis under the current deal.

Their broadcast will begin at the advertised start time on their main channel for both days of the tie – found at Channel 90 in high definition, 91 in standard definition or 100 on a Foxtel service – and run through until 6pm (AEDT) local time on each day. At that point in each state, the broadcast will move over to 9Gem so Nine can broadcast their nightly news.
